1GB DDR3 Option Now Available for the OSD335x-SM

We are happy to announce the general availability of a 1GB DDR memory option for the OSD335x-SM family of devices.
Smallest, Most Powerful AM335x Module on the Market
Adding 1GB of DDR to the powerful Arm® Cortex-A8 1GHz processor from Texas Instruments makes the OSD335x-SM a powerful computing platform. Integrating the processor, DDR, PMIC, LDO, EEPROM, and 100 passives into a 21mm X 21mm 256 ball BGA makes the OSD335x-SM the smallest and most powerful AM335x based module on the market.
Designers creating systems with the most demanding memory requirements can now enjoy the benefits that Octavo’s System-in-Package devices have been delivering to all our other customers. They will be able to create smaller designs, faster at a lower cost.
