      Hi,

      According to the specification, OSD335x C-SIP and OSD335x-SM can support up to 1GB RAM. However, I can’t find a model that has 1GB RAM. All of them have 512MB RAM. May I know how to make OSD335x have 1GB RAM? Thanks.

      Hi Tom,

      We just recently announced the availability of 1GB device for the SM here.  For the C-SiP we will be making those available sometime Mid 2019.
