      hello,

      I understand, for a Turn-ON condition of the STPMIC1A, one of the below must take place:
      -PONKEYn pin detection
      -VBUS detection (voltage rising on
      VBUSOTG or SWOUT pins)
      -WAKEUP pin detection
      -AUTO turn-ON feature
      (taken from STPMIC1 datasheet, section 5.4.2, page 52).

      One of the conditions, not all.
      Am I correct?

      That is correct. You can use any of the Turn-ON conditions you described from the PMIC datasheet.
