OSDZU3-REF Errata: Using JTAG while running Petalinux

Description: Using JTAG in JTAG boot mode works as intended. However, board faults when trying to use JTAG while Petalinux is running. The following may occur when you are trying this use case:

– Petalinux freezes and board becomes unresponsive

– JTAG disconnects with the following error message(screenshot attached) or repeatedly tries to connect after disconnecting from the board.

Board Revisions affected: Rev 1E

Workaround: This issue is caused by interference between SD card and JTAG interfaces of OSDZU3-REF board caused by capacitor C187 on JTAG_TCK signal. If this capacitor is present on your board. removing this capacitor with a solder iron will resolve the issue.
