Before buying the OSD32MP1-BRK board I had a look if all pins I need are routed to pin headers.
I want to connect a camera to the DCMI-Module of the MCU. For this I need PA10 for the DCMI_D0 pin.
According to the “OSD32MP1-Pin-Muxing-Overview.xlsx” file it is routed to PA10 on the BRK board.
But now, having the physical board, I can’t find the PA10 pin. Is there something wrong with the silk screen or where is the pin?
Regards
Paul
Hello paulfuchs,
The OSD32MP1-BRK has four groups of pins: PAxx, PBxx, PCxx and PDxx (xx = 01 to 30 i.e., 30pins in each group). On the top side of the OSD32MP1-BRK (the side where all the components are mounted), you can see the silk screen labels ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ that indicate the individual header groups. On the bottom side of OSD32MP1-BRK, the actual STM32MP15x’s pin names are labeled next to corresponding header pins.
PA10 (OSD32MP1-BRK header pin) is connected to PH9 (STM32MP15x pin) as indicated in OSD32MP1-BRK schematic (see picture attached) and also the “OSD32MP1-Pin-Muxing-Overview.xlsx”. Look for label “PH9” on the bottom side of OSD32MP1-BRK.
