Tagged: openocd
Hello
We are in the process of bringing up our custom board with a OSD32MP15. Before trying to boot the Cortex A7 we figured that we would simply try to get a health check from the M4 core using ST-Link. Unfortunately we were not able to connect to it using openocd with the configuration files provided by ST (board/stm32mp15x_dk2.cfg) with boot mode set to “NoBoot” (BOOT0 = 0, BOOT1 = 0, BOOT2 = 1). The same procedure was successful on a STM32MP157X-DK2 board.
Should a different configuration file for openocd be used or should the on we used be compatible with the OSD32MP15?
Thanks.
Coming back to let you know that the proposed procedure did in fact work after another reflow of the chip. Thus it was a hardware problem.
