Introducing the Complete System-In-Package

After many months of hard work by our team I am happy to announce the OSD335x Complete System-In-Package or C-SiP^TM. The OSD335x C-SiP builds on the OSD335x Family, adding eMMC Flash and an Oscillator into the same 27mm 400 Ball BGA package as the OSD335x BAS/IND device.

This is a culmination of our journey started with the release of the first OSD335x back in 2016.  Our goal since then has been to create and deliver a COMPLETE SYSTEM in a package.  The OSD335x C-SiP is a Complete System-in-Package.  Adding the eMMC as a boot source and the Oscillator to the AM3358 Arm Cortex-A8 Processor, DDR and Power Management, means you now have everything you need to for a powerful 1GHz computer in a package that is about the size of a US quarter!

The OSD335x C-SiP will be available in the next couple of months.  However, you can beginning designing with it today.  We have released a Preliminary Datasheet and an updated Eagle Library to help you get started.  We will be releasing more documentation as we get closer to the OSD335x C-SiP being available to the public.
