Tagged: TSC ADC
The AM3358 datasheet shows you can sample it up to 200 kSPS, but we haven’t been able to see rise times and fall times around 300us in the digitized data, even with much faster pins measured at AIN#. Whether we sample at 20 kSPS or 200 kSPS the channel bandwidth looks like about 1.5 KHz.
Has anyone had any luck passing faster data through the TSC_ADC peripheral?
Hello JohnDuq,
Are you using Linux OS or barebone code? Hope this helps (see response by “seva titov”) – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25796901/increase-beaglebone-black-adc-sampling-rate#:~:text=Sampling%20rate%20of%20AM335x%20ADC%20is%20200K%20(link).
