Does Octavo reball their parts?
We had to remove the part from our PCB due to a layout error. The datasheet shows “(Top View)” above the bottom view figure, which caused confusion for our layout service provider (See Attached).
After we remove the part, the balls in the BGA may become compromised. Can Octavo fix the balls for us on the parts we remove from the PCB?
