      Hi,

      In looking at the thermal design guide for the OSD335X C-SIP component, I see a junction to ambient thermal resistance value and a junction to top characterization parameter, however no maximum junction temperature is listed. The specification sheet for the component lists a maximum case temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

      Is there a maximum junction temperature requirement for this part?

      Hey Adam,

      The junction temperature for AM335x SoC is 105C. However, you do not need to care about it as long as you can ensure your C-SiP device case temperature is within 85C. We only specify case temperature as there are multiple devices inside the SiP and each junction temperature is different.
