Before we begin, we ask that you select the service you have agreed to with your sales representative.  We also ask that you agree to the following conditions.

• You agree to provide Octavo with all necessary information required to conduct the review.  Any delay in providing the required data will lead to an incomplete or delayed review.
• You agree that the review cycle time you have selected will not begin until all of the required information has been provided and the briefing call has been conducted.
• You agree that the review and recommendations offered by Octavo Systems as part of the Hardware Design Review Process will be provided using reasonable efforts and is not intended to be a final design review.  We do not warrant or guarantee the completeness of the feedback Octavo provides or that your design will function or be successful if you follow Octavo’s recommendations.  Given that each design is unique and the inherent uncertainty of this stage of product development, you agree to have your own experts review your designs separately and that you alone are responsible to ensure your design functions as intended and according to your requirements.
• You agree that Octavo is not liable for any losses (including consequential damages) that you might incur related to your product and to indemnify Octavo against any actions third parties might take against you or Octavo related to your product.
