We Just Launched the OSD62x-PM – Our Smallest SiP Yet

We’re excited to share that our newest System-in-Package Module, the OSD62x-PM, is officially in Production and available through our distribution partners.

This is a product we’ve been working hard on, and it’s built for engineers who are trying to do more with less—less space, less time, and less risk. Whether you’re designing industrial control systems, HMIs, or edge AI devices, the OSD62x-PM gives you a powerful, compact platform that’s ready to go from day one. 

So What Is It? 

The OSD62x-PM is a fully integrated SiP based on the TI AM62x processor family. It includes: 

  • Up to 4x Arm Cortex-A53 cores + a Cortex-M4F for real-time control 
  • Up to 2GB of DDR4 memory 
  • Required Passives 
  • All in a tiny 9×14mm BGA package 

It’s everything you need to build a reliable Linux-capable system with real-time capabilities—without spending weeks integrating memory and passives. Everything is included in a single, elegant design.
