We managed to build the kernel 5.15.67 on the Debian environment that Octavo provides (https://github.com/octavosystems/osd32mp1-debian). We did use the same patches that Octavo uses for the Yocto Kirkstone (https://github.com/octavosystems/meta-octavo-osd32mp1/tree/kirkstone) and merged it with the changes required for our board. However, we are still getting the kernel stuck at boot time to the point that the watchdog gets triggered. Notice the changes we do work well with Dunfell 5.10.10. Also notice that we are using the same modified TFA and U-Boot images that work on our custom board we built using Debian dunfell. We just changed the bootfs and the rootfs with the new ones we got from building Octavo Debian with together with linux-5.15.67 Attached the system run log (2nd file).
